If you have any quality issues with your purchase from our site, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject line.
If there is a product defect, Gwendols products can be returned for a refund (to the original payment method) for up to 30 days from purchase date. You must contact us IMMEDIATELY with any issue to resolve. Returns are not processed until the product has been received at our warehouse and inspected. Email notification is sent when returns are received and processed.
We cannot offer refunds on items that are bought in the wrong size so please be sure to measure correctly before ordering.
